If you don’t feel like using the web and your credit card to order from us, you can email us at service@friodesigns.com, or send us a fax at 972-234-1767 with your specific request, and for a small additional fee we will accept and process your order the old-fashioned way. Get Your Products Already Made? As our business grows however, we may become manufacturers or we may enlist manufacturers to produce our products and drop-ship them directly to you. If you really like our products and cannot find a way to build them yourself, or cannot find someone in your area to build the products for you, contact us at: makeit@friodesigns.com or call us at 972-234-1767 with your problem, and we will do our best to assist you.
Each product is assigned a grade on our skill scale, based on how difficult to build we believe it is. Check out the pop-up window Skills Required to see what we really mean by this, and then take a look at the product you’re interested in to see how it compares. Most of the products made with steel or aluminum require welding, as this is simply the most efficient way to connect these materials. But don’t let this stop you from purchasing the designs…this country is blessed with many welding shops that can easily handle our designs. No exotic or unusual welding techniques are required. The products made of wood require experience with common power tools, such as table saws and drills, but do not require more than the typical handyperson’s garage array of tools. What
if I’m Not Happy with My Order? We design our products to solve specific problems, usually when no other solution exists in the marketplace, or so you can build your own stuff to save money. If you want to return your items because they appear to be too difficult to build, please contact us at service@friodesigns.com, or send us a fax at 972-234-1767 with your problem, and we will try to help.
