We design our products to solve specific problems, usually when no other solution exists in the marketplace, or so you can build your own stuff to save money. If you want to return your items because they appear to be too difficult to build, please contact us at service@friodesigns.com, or send us a fax at 972-234-1767 with your problem, and we will try to help.
